8.8oz Plain Flour

250ml Milk

8.8oz Eggs

1 glass tumbler cup


Fill the cup level with flour, tip into a large bowl

Then fill the cup with milk, tip into a large bowl

Then crack the eggs into a the cup to the top and tip into the bowl

Mix with a whisk or an electric mixer until smooth and creamy

Fry a small amount of the mix in a frying pan, turning once to finish cooking


add chocolate chips, lemon, banana or sugar when cooked
